Terms

Terms of use

In force from 1 October 2026

1. About these terms

  1. These terms set out how you can use lily-music.com (the “site”) and the services offered on it. They are the terms (regulamin) required by Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
  2. The site is run by LILY (“we”, “us”), a musician based in Poland.
  3. Using the site is free.

2. What the site offers

  1. Browsing the site: information about LILY’s music, with links to LILY’s profiles on Spotify, YouTube Music, TikTok and Instagram.
  2. The vinyl pre-sale list: a form where you can leave your details so we can contact you about the pre-sale of the album Love Letters on vinyl.
  3. Signing up for the list is free and is not an order or a purchase. You don’t pay anything and you’re not obliged to buy anything. If the vinyl goes on sale, buying it will be covered by separate terms, shown before you order.
  4. The form runs on Google Forms, so Google’s own terms and privacy policy also apply when you use it.

3. What you need, and risks to be aware of

  1. To use the site you need a device connected to the internet and an up-to-date web browser. The form needs JavaScript turned on. To hear from us about the pre-sale you need a working email address or the other contact details you give in the form.
  2. Like any online service, using the site comes with general risks such as malware, phishing (someone pretending to be someone else to get your data) and spam. Keep your system and browser up to date. We will never ask you for a password.

4. Rules

You must not send unlawful content through the site, including through the form or in messages to us, or enter someone else’s details in the form without their permission.

5. Starting and ending the services

  1. Browsing starts when you open the site and ends when you leave it.
  2. The pre-sale list service starts when you send the form and lasts until the pre-sale is over.
  3. You can leave the list at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, for example by replying to any message we send you about the pre-sale. We will then delete your details.
  4. If you’re under 16, you can only sign up with the permission of a parent or guardian.

6. Complaints

  1. If something about the site doesn’t work as it should, you can make a complaint. If you’re on the pre-sale list, you can simply reply to any message we send you about the pre-sale. Tell us what the problem is and where we should send our reply.
  2. We’ll reply within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

7. Content and copyright

  1. The text, photos, artwork and music on the site belong to LILY or are used with the permission of their owners, and are protected by copyright. Don’t use them beyond what the law allows (such as personal use) without our permission.
  2. The names and logos of Spotify, YouTube Music, TikTok and Instagram belong to their owners and are used only to label links to those services.
  3. The services we link to run under their own terms. We’re not responsible for their content or how they work.

8. Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

  1. These terms are governed by Polish law. If you’re a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country’s mandatory laws.
  2. We may change these terms for an important reason, such as a change in the law or in the services we offer. The new version will be published on this page with a new date. If you’re on the pre-sale list, we’ll tell you about any change that affects you, and if you don’t agree with it you can leave the list.
  3. These terms are available free of charge on this page, and you can save or print them.
  4. The Polish version of these terms is binding. The English version is a translation for convenience.
